Return Policy
At Redwood Valley Livestock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of eligible unused and uninstalled products within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition.
- Be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging when applicable.
- Have a return request submitted within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Include proof of purchase from Redwood Valley Livestock.
Products that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, modified, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a return request. Include your name, order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Please wait for return instructions from Redwood Valley Livestock before shipping or delivering your product back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Products must be properly packaged for return. Redwood Valley Livestock is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the refund unless otherwise approved by Redwood Valley Livestock.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable on their product page. Special-order, custom, clearance, or made-to-order products may also be excluded from our standard return policy.
Redwood Valley Livestock reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
